ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll define and drive a compelling vision for digital experience excellence across our Markets & Airline business units, placing customers at the heart of our digital products and services.
• We're looking for someone to lead and nurture a diverse, multidisciplinary team of 30-40 design professionals, creating clear career pathways and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• In this role, you'll establish design as a strategic business function, ensuring that user-centered methodologies inform decision-making at all levels of our organization.
• You'll oversee the evolution of our design system and build DesignOps capabilities to improve team effectiveness, workflows, and tooling while defining meaningful KPIs to measure design impact.
• Working closely with Product and Technology leadership, you'll align on roadmaps and shared goals while demonstrating design's commercial value across the business.
• The position involves translating complex requirements into intuitive, accessible experiences across all touchpoints, implementing scalable design operations and robust research practices.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven leadership experience in digital product design, with expertise across multiple design disciplines including UI/UX, Research, and Service design.
• Your portfolio demonstrates how you've delivered business impact through design excellence in complex organizations.
• You're experienced in building and scaling high-performing design teams, implementing DesignOps practices, and governing design systems.
• You possess excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level, balancing business objectives with customer needs.
• Working in cross-functional, agile environments comes naturally to you, along with a deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and workshop facilitation.
• You're passionate about accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, with excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
