As a Assistant Team Leader in Logistics, you lead a team of 6 to 12 logistics employees on a daily basis. You divide tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth operations. With your clear communication and positive energy, you motivate the team and maintain oversight – even during busy periods. Naturally, you’re also hands-on, actively working alongside your team and leading by example.

This is a two-shift position, with the following working hours:

• Early shift: Monday to Thursday from 06:00 to 15:00

• Wednesday: 07:00 to 15:00

• Thursday and Friday: 08:00 to 15:00

• Late shift: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00

• Additionally, work on Saturday from 12:30 to 18:00

This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership experience, but also suitable if you have a strong logistics background and are ready for the next step in your career.

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level;

• Experience in logistics, preferably with leadership responsibilities (or the ambition to take this on);

• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;

• Good command of Dutch or English;

• Full-time availability in two shifts and on Saturdays.

• Gross hourly wage between €16.00 and €19.46;

• 8.75% shift allowance per hour;

• Full-time job with the prospect of a permanent contract;
