Waar ben jij van?Oracle Cloud heeft voor jou geen geheimen en voor complexe functionele verbeteringen/vraagstukken draai je je hand niet om. De vraagstukken die aan je worden toegewezen worden door jou zelfstandig vertaald naar (gebruiksvriendelijke) oplossingen. Door je brede kennis en flexibele geest kun je veel gebruikers met het systeem helpen met hun vragen/problemen, waardoor issues snel en adequaat worden opgepakt en opgelost. Jouw functieAls Functioneel beheerder Oracle projecten ondersteun je de (eind)gebruikers met het beter gebruik maken van Oracle Cloud en los je snel en adequaat issues op. Je zet jouw kennis en vaardigheden in om nieuwe oplossingen te bedenken op het gebied van projecten, contractmanagement, accounting en overkoepelende processen. Jouw profielAls tijdelijke collega van het team Projecten beschik jij over de vaardigheden en eigenschappen om doelgericht en doelmatig invulling te geven aan deze afwisselende, dynamische en soms stressvolle opdracht. Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in woord en schrift in de Nederlandse taal om vooral de gebruikers van het systeem goed te helpen. Je werkt systematisch en hebt nagedacht over de vraag hoe je werkzaamheden het beste kunt organiseren. Je beschikt daarnaast over het vermogen om uitdagingen en problemen effectief te identificeren, analyseren en zelfstandig op te lossen. Je denkt rationeel om tot een passende oplossing te komen.

Onze organisatie
Het team Projecten is onderdeel van de afdeling Accounting, welke gepositioneerd is binnen de BCO (Bestuurs- en Concern Ondersteuning) van de Gemeente Rotterdam. Het cluster Bestuurs- en Concernondersteuning is de spil van de gemeentelijke organisatie en maakt kaders voor het hele concern. Zij zorgt enerzijds dat het college van burgemeester en wethouders de stad kan besturen en de schakel is tussen de burgers, het stadsbestuur en de gebieden. Anderzijds is het cluster de schakel met de overige (beleids)clusters op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering. ICT, HR, Facilitaire Zaken, Juridische Zaken, Onderzoek, Financiën, Inkoop en Communicatie zijn gebundeld. Zo levert het cluster haar bijdrage die de organisatie nodig heeft bij het uitvoeren van haar werk voor de stad.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
