Learn a unique trade as part of a close-knit team, work on diverse projects across the Netherlands (and beyond), and grow into an independent Installation Technician.

You’ll be part of the execution team responsible for installing innovative cultivation systems. From preparation to installation and finishing, you’ll contribute to the entire process using modern materials, tools, and clear instructions.

Installing cultivation floors in greenhouses or other production sites.
Setting up accompanying water systems such as irrigation lines and drainage.
Ensuring all systems are level, secure, and neatly finished.
Working on-site with a fixed team of colleagues.
Thinking along, solving small issues independently, and coordinating with your team leader when needed.

Technical or practical insight — experience in construction or installation is a plus.
You enjoy physical work and like working outdoors or on location.
You’re a team player but also comfortable working independently.
You’re flexible and enjoy traveling for work.
You’re eager to learn and pick things up quickly.
