What You'll DoAs a WASS Agent, you'll be hands-on with the latest IT and mobility hardware, supporting our Value-Add Services and advanced warehouse systems. Your responsibilities will be:
Value Add Services
- Stage, kit, and configure IT equipment (printers, scanners, mobile computers).
- Apply custom labels, packaging, and documentation.
- Follow detailed instructions to deliver tailored solutions.
- Operate and maintain systems like:
- Conveyors
- Box induction machines
- Autocube dimensioning tools
- Taping and sealing stations
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Respond to IT helpdesk requests.
- Track and manage IT inventory.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks.
- Ensure service quality and report issues.
- Keep your workspace clean and compliant.
- Work closely with logistics, tech support, and customer service.
- Join team meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate clearly and contribute to a smooth workflow.
