Hostelle Amsterdam – a women-only hostel – is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team 5 nights per week.Shift Hours:
21:00 – 01:30 (4.5 hours per night) overtime
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Assisting guests with questions or issues
- Keeping the reception area and common spaces tidy
- Thinking creatively and finding solutions when problems arise
- Being flexible with work hours/days (including weekends)
Gevraagd
- Availability during December, especially over Christmas or New Year
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A friendly, approachable attitude
- Able to work independently at night
