In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for handling inbound goods — checking deliveries, scanning items into the system, and ensuring everything is stored correctly. This is your chance to get involved from the very beginning, in a modern warehouse environment with strong growth potential.

·       Unload inbound trucks and containers safely and efficiently.

·       • Verify incoming goods against packing lists or purchase orders (check quantity, condition, and serial numbers).

·       • Accurately scan and register inbound goods in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

·       • Label, palletize, and store materials in designated locations while optimizing warehouse space.

·       • Report shipping damage, discrepancies, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.

·       • Support initial quality checks or rework tasks if required.

• Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

• Includes two short breaks of 15 minutes and one 30-minute lunch break (all unpaid)

• A full working day counts as 8 hours

Overtime Compensation:

• Overtime applies after 8 working hours per day

• Overtime is compensated at the following rates:

- Monday – Friday: +30%

- Saturday: +50%

- Sunday and Public Holidays: +100%

Salary Range:

• The average hourly rate for the roles falls between €16 and €17 gross per hour, depending on the specific role and experience.

Contract Type:

• Temporary contract via Adecco, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs

• Travel cost reimbursement (according to Adecco policy)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Operator to join our new Fortinet Fulfillment Center in Almere, the Netherlands. This role focuses on inbound goods flow — ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked, recorded, and stored to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

·       Physical ability to lift up to 18 kg / 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

·       • Prior experience in receiving or inbound logistics preferred.

·       • Attention to detail and accuracy in checking shipments.

·       • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle a plus).

·       • Basic English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

·       • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet trucks (certification is an advantage).
