In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for handling inbound goods — checking deliveries, scanning items into the system, and ensuring everything is stored correctly. This is your chance to get involved from the very beginning, in a modern warehouse environment with strong growth potential.

·  Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances in WMS.

·   Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or misplacements.

·   Support special rework, quality control (QC), or relabeling tasks as needed.

·   Maintain accurate system transactions to keep inventory data up-to-date.

·    Assist with layout optimization and space utilization for efficient storage.

·     Provide inventory data support to supervisors and other warehouse teams.

·  Prior experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or stock accuracy preferred.

·   Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle a plus).

·   Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

·    Physical ability to lift up to 18 kg / 40 lbs and work on warehouse floor.

·    Good English communication; Dutch is a plus.

·    Ability to operate forklifts and pallet trucks (certification is an advantage).

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Operator to join our new Fortinet Fulfillment Center in Almere, the Netherlands. This role focuses on inbound goods flow — ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked, recorded, and stored to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

·   Physical ability to lift up to 18 kg / 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

·   Prior experience in receiving or inbound logistics preferred.

·   Attention to detail and accuracy in checking shipments.

·   Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle a plus).

·   Basic English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

·   Ability to operate forklifts and pallet trucks (certification is an advantage).
