As a Supervisor Logistics, you are responsible for a team of approximately 30 warehouse employees and enable them to perform at their best. Thanks to your strong communication and coordination skills, your team knows they can rely on you to ensure the logistics process runs smoothly together. As Supervisor, you maintain an overview of the process, foster a pleasant working environment, and ensure that goals are achieved. Depending on your experience and skills, you will lead one of the processes within our large and modern warehouse.


Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Building and developing your team of operators, troubleshooters, and trainers;
  • Coaching and motivating your team while managing absenteeism;
  • Continuously aligning with other departments such as customs, transport, and quality;
  • Developing and implementing improvement proposals in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
Profile

A people-oriented manager with experience in leading teams, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment. You are proactive, eager to learn, and want to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse from which high-quality products are shipped worldwide. In addition, you are approachable and possess strong communication skills to lead an international team. You can communicate in English and preferably also in German and/or  Dutch. Finally, you are a quick thinker and flexible to work in a 2-shift system (6 a.m. – 3 p.m. / 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.) and occasionally on Saturdays.
