Job Description

You are responsible for manufacturing complex products (stainless steel constructions) on a 5-axis machining center with a robotic pallet system. This mainly involves small series and single pieces;
You contribute to the continuous innovation and optimization of production methods and processes;
You ensure the delivery of the correct product quality within the agreed lead times;
You are capable of taking on coordinating tasks within the team; this includes, for example, distributing work, requesting raw materials, and, if necessary, communicating with planning and work preparation.

Job Requirements

Technical VMBO education, preferably level 3;
Experience as a CNC miller, preferably on a Hermle or DMG machine;
Experience with 5-axis simultaneous milling is a plus;
Knowledge of various clamping fixtures;
Experience with Siemens controls is a plus;
Knowledge of various tools;
Able to read technical drawings well and familiar with form and position tolerances;
Good command of the Dutch or English language;
Willing to work in a two-shift system;
Knowledge of computer systems, including an ERP system and MS Office, is required;
In possession of a valid driver’s license;
VCA certificate.

Job Conditions

Direct employment with the client.
Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,800 (excluding shift allowance).
Travel allowance.
Shift work with a 20% allowance.
27 vacation days and 13 additional days off (ATV days).
