As a Consolidation Analyst, you will play a key role in the financial consolidation process of the Group. You will contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, and support the management team and auditors with detailed analyses and reporting. This is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to work in a global setting and gain exposure to complex international accounting structures.

• Ensure correct consolidation treatments and compliance with IFRS standards 
• Prepare and record consolidation and elimination journal entries
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and supporting footnotes
• Analyze and verify the consistency of actuals and reporting data
• Support the integration of new subsidiaries into the consolidation process
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial analyses as required
• Collaborate closely with the Financial Systems team to ensure system accuracy and compliance
• Provide data and support to external auditors and SOX internal audit teams
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement of consolidation systems
• Maintain a strong internal control framework and ensure SOX compliance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial or consolidation role, pref within an international organization or audit firm
• Strong understanding of international accounting principles and IFRS standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with consolidation systems; adaptable to learning new software application
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus

• Salary: €90,000 – €110,000
