Join ROSEN as an HR Business Partner – Shape HR Strategy Across the Globe!
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution? This is your chance to partner with management teams across multiple countries, drive impactful HR initiatives, and contribute to a global technology company specializing in asset integrity management solutions.. Based in Oldenzaal, you’ll play a key role in shaping culture, leadership, and employee engagement across Europe, UK, CIS, Africa, and India.


Wat kun je verwachten?

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving and supporting their HR strategy in close collaboration with local management teams at their sites in Newcastle (UK), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Kyiv (Ukraine), Mumbai (India), Cairo (Egypt) and future locations in France, Italy and Spain. Based in Oldenzaal, you will work closely with other HR Business Partners and regions to ensure alignment in governance, systems, and processes.
 
Your focus will be both strategic and operational, with activities including:

  • Partnering with local management to translate business needs into HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strengthening HR governance by aligning employee handbooks, policies, and processes across locations.
  • Driving HR analytics and systems to support data-driven decision making.
  • Leading and supporting projects such as their Cultural Journey, employee survey follow-up actions, and leadership development programs.
  • Acting as a sparring partner to the business while ensuring alignment within the Group.

 
What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, ideally including roles outside of HR (to bring a broader business perspective).
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt, learn, and move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Strong interest in developing the strategic side of HR, combined with the pragmatism to execute effectively.
  • Experience in an international, multi-site environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch and/or other languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • Residency and valid work eligibility in the Netherlands (applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered).
