What to Expect from the Role
Your primary task will be assembling and integrating high-tech aerospace products, such as solar arrays for space missions.
- You will follow work instructions and technical manuals carefully.
- You may also perform verification and acceptance tests to ensure proper integration and document the results.
- You will contribute to the development of solutions and create test objects.
- You will develop and manufacture the necessary integration tools.
- Preferably experience in assembling precision mechanical components or working in a similar industry.
- Preferably, experience working in clean rooms.
- Preferably affinity for aerospace.
- The ability to work meticulously and follow procedures, which is crucial in the aerospace industry.
- An MBO(+) degree (preferably from the Leiden Instrument Makers School (LIS), which is a small plus).
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel for work in the future (ranging from a few days to several weeks).
