As a Technical Service Team Leader, you're a coaching leader and a change manager. You're involved on the factory floor and manage a team of approximately 10-15 technicians.

• Preferably an MBO 4 or HBO technical degree, but highly experienced technicians are also welcome.
• Preferably you have leadership experience. However, this can also be a first step for you as an experienced technician.
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

As a Technical Service Team Leader at Plukon in Blokker, your workday is diverse. You'll coach and motivate your team, lead the transition to proactive and data-driven maintenance, and be responsible for a varied machine park.
