We are seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader Logistics who thrives on leading and inspiring teams. You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics leadership role and have a proven ability to manage daily operations efficiently. What you bring to the table:

• Strong leadership and motivational skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written);
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset.

As a Team Leader Logistics, you play a key role in leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational excellence. You ensure that daily logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently while fostering a safe and positive work environment. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing team performance and driving employee growth through coaching, training, and feedback;
• Creating and maintaining a safe, productive, and engaging workplace;
• Continuously improving logistical workflows: you proactively identify bottlenecks and implement smart solutions to boost efficiency and productivity;
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, ensure targets are met, and identify opportunities for improvement.
