who are you

As a Logistics Team Leader, you'll motivate and coach a team of 30 warehouse employees. You:

Possess logistics experience in a managerial capacity.
Are proficient in Dutch and English.
Are comfortable with a rotating shift pattern.

what will you do

Your daily tasks will involve efficiently allocating operational tasks for optimal goods flow. You'll be the team's go-to person, answering questions and resolving issues. You'll proactively identify and resolve disruptions and ensure safety regulations are strictly followed.
