who are you

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to the team. You'll need to be a strong communicator and problem-solver, ready to go the extra mile for customers.

2-3 years of customer service experience
Experience in a complex organization
Proficiency in French and English (written & spoken); understanding Dutch is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A driving license is preferred

what will you do

As a Customer Service Representative,. you'll be the primary point of contact for the customers, handling their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide daily support to customers via phone and email, adhering to service level agreements.
Handle order entry, address general inquiries, manage returns, and create new customer profiles.
Resolve customer complaints, collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions.
Work closely with sales, suppliers, carriers, and warehouses in Germany and France to ensure smooth operations.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
