Are you accurate, analytical, and have a sharp eye for detail? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you ensure that customer payments are processed correctly and on time. You actively monitor outstanding balances, communicate with clients, and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes.

This is a recruitment & selection procedure, meaning you will receive a direct contract with our client!

• € 3,800 - € 4,000 gross per month (based on ft)
• Flexible working hours: 32 - 40 hours per week

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role;
• You possess strong knowledge of financial administration systems and Excel;
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• Proficiency in French is required; German is a welcome alternative for French;
• You communicate clearly and customer-focused, both written and verbally;
• You can work independently and maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods.

• Managing and following up on outstanding customer invoices;
• Monitoring overdue payments and actively contacting customers;
• Assessing creditworthiness and advising on payment terms and conditions;
• Preparing and maintaining customer files and credit profiles;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the accounts receivable processes.
