Are you a real team player with a passion for sports? For a dynamic retail environment in Utrecht, we are looking for a team leader for one of the sports departments. This is a full-time position where you will be working on the shop floor every day, motivating your team. A job full of energy and responsibility.

We are looking for someone who is confident, knows how to inspire others, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. In short: a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced and active environment.

You have MBO-4 level of education or equivalent
You have experience in retail or team leadership
You are energetic, clear, and positive in communication
You prefer working on the floor, not behind a desk
You are open to working weekends occasionally

You’ll be on the shop floor — leading, coaching, and keeping everything running smoothly. Think of it as working side by side with your team, while also keeping the bigger picture in mind. Here’s how we’d explain it over the phone:
