Our client is a fast-growing multinational in the energy services sector, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AP Accountant to join the AP team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role reports directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Description

Process vendor invoices
Enter invoices into the ScanInvoice system
Follow the invoice approval workflow
Ensure all required documentation is attached
Book invoices according to controller codification
Monitor invoice processing through AP mailboxes and ScanInvoice to meet KPIs and ensure timely handling
Address vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments
Prepare payment proposals twice a week and run automatic payment proposals for approval by the AP Manager
Clear vendor accounts for manual payments and direct debits on a weekly basis (KPIs)
Process intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany transactions

Profile

A background in finance or accounting, ideally within the energy sector.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus
Knowledge of IFRS and SAP is an advantage
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Offer

A market conformed salary of approximately €3,500 to 4,500 monthy, contingent on experience.
