• Assemble and install prefabricated concrete elements (walls, columns, slabs, beams, stairs, etc.) on construction sites;

• Prepare and level foundations and ensure correct positioning of elements according to technical drawings;

• Assist with lifting and placement of heavy concrete components using cranes and other equipment;

• Perform grouting, sealing, and joint finishing work to ensure structural integrity and waterproofing;

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times;

• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in good condition;

• Collaborate with foremen, engineers, and quality inspectors to achieve the required standards.

• Experience in construction, ideally with prefabricated or concrete structures;

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings;

• Strong teamwork and communication skills;

• Basic knowledge of English;

• Driving license (category B) is an advantage.
