We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX Designer to join our Business Information team for a 6-month assignment. As part of the industrialization department, you will play a key role in shaping reporting and tooling solutions that empower our users—engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.

Our main internal users/stakeholders are in the field of System Industrialization: Sequences, Procedures, Availability, Reliability, Diagnostics and Cost of Goods.

Role and responsibilities

Your mission is to help us develop the right thing first by embedding user-centered design practices into our ideation and development processes. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure our tools and interfaces are intuitive, purposeful, and delightful to use.

You will contribute by:

Assisting in ideation and value discovery

Creating prototypes to explore and validate concepts

Conducting user testing to gather actionable insights

Applying methods like customer journey mapping, interaction design, design thinking, and usability testing

Helping grow UX knowledge within the team

Your work will directly improve user efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction, ensuring we develop the right solutions from the start.

Education and experience

>5 years’ Experience in UX design and user research

Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant methods and outcomes

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma)

ASML experience is preferred
