Order & Planning Analyst fulltime Venray • Suc6! Recruitment & Interim Solutions

For our client, a logistics service provider in Venray, we are looking for a full-time Order & Planning Analyst.

As an Order & Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for creating the kitting plan, ship plan, following up and monitoring order statuses in the process, and managing internal and external communication for one client.

What will you do:

• Create the kitting plan and ship plan for the warehouse;
• Release orders and all associated preparatory work;
• Follow up on customer requests regarding urgent orders and other issues;
• Monitor the progress of both your own department and the warehouse, track KPIs, and timely signal deviations;
• Participate in and/or chair daily and weekly internal and external progress meetings;
• Compile the required reporting and present it to the client;
• Map recurring problems, analyze them, and contribute to optimizing the process according to the Continuous Improvement process (LEAN).

A good salary based on your education and work experience between 2800 and 3900 euros gross per month;

Relevant work experience in a similar position in a logistics environment is a plus;

Experience with WMS/ERP systems is a plus;

You are always ready to assist your colleagues, and service orientation is high on your agenda;

You are able to maintain a good overview in this dynamic environment, stand your ground firmly, and can handle stress;

Analytical thinking skills, proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, and a professional work attitude;

You are aware of your own process of continuous development;

Full-time available (40 hours a week);

Experience with MS Office, skills such as advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
