Ready to play a pivotal role in the success of Nike's biggest Sportswear collections?

As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will orchestrate our daily supply chain operations. Your goal is simple yet challenging: to ensure a flawless order book and perfect delivery to our partners. You will coordinate the most important product launches, making sure that sales, logistics, and our distribution centers are perfectly aligned. You will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in supply chain, partner management, or project management.
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale commercial launches with retail partners.
• Excellent skills in data analysis and tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to persuade others, transfer knowledge, and drive change across diverse teams.
• Experience with monitoring KPIs, performance analysis, and escalating issues.
• In-depth knowledge of sales, supply chain, and logistics processes.
• You are proactive, think strategically, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for the daily operational management of our supply chain. Your goal is to ensure flawless order book management and optimal delivery performance for our partners.

To achieve this, you will work closely with various internal teams (such as Transportation, Distribution Centers, Sales) and external partners. Together, you will ensure that seasonal plans are met, financial objectives are achieved, and processes are continuously improved.

A key part of your role is coordinating the most important launches of our Sportswear collections. You will ensure that sales, supply chain, and logistics are perfectly aligned to make these moments a success.

• Partner Management: You will gain a deep understanding of our partners' needs and collaborate with various departments to ensure a successful partnership. You will organize operational meetings and workshops to optimize partners' ordering behavior.
• Analysis & Optimization: You will monitor key KPIs, collaborate with Sales and Finance on sales forecasts, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Launch Coordination: During the launch of major Sportswear collections, you will be the central point of contact for our partners and internal teams.
• Project Leadership: You will be responsible for the entire product launch cycle: from planning and execution to post-launch analysis, using tools such as SAP, Cognos, and automated dashboards.
• Problem-Solving: You will lead project teams and ensure everyone is aligned. In case of issues (escalations), you will take the lead to find a quick solution and minimize disruptions.
• Communication: You will proactively communicate deadlines, changes, and critical updates to ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared.
