We're looking for a proactive and skilled operator who brings energy and expertise to the table. You are someone who:
- Has MBO level 3 or equivalent experience;
- Possesses at least two years of relevant experience;
- Is a team player with a can-do attitude.
As a operator, you'll be crucial in ensuring our production process is top-notch. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high product quality and process standards (HACCP included!);
- Quickly identifying and resolving any production hiccups and ensuring production runs smoothly according to schedule;
- Leading and mentoring your colleagues, fostering a collaborative spirit and contributing innovative ideas to improve our processes.
