As Demand Planning Manager, you're the driving force behind a resilient, forward-looking forecasting organization. You bring clarity, ownership, and direction in a fast-paced environment. You simplify complex planning challenges, enable faster decision-making, and raise the bar for the entire team. With your analytical mindset, data fluency, and strong leadership, you’ll influence not just operations but people and strategic choices across the business. You’re the vital link between commercial, finance, and operations, helping shape the course of the portfolio and supply chain.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing an international demand planning team, focused on continuous improvement but also a structured, standardized and efficient process. 
  • Optimizing forecasting processes in Blue Yonder, including lifecycle management, data validation, and KPI steering.
  • Owning the demand planning cycle within S&OP (DAM) and aligning forecasts with financial targets.
  • Connecting regional forecasts with global planning goals and strategic scenarios.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities across portfolio, inventory, and write-offs, and acting proactively.
  • Elevating demand planning as a key business partner for strategic decision-making.

Wie jij bent

You’re a strategic and hands-on leader. You understand the complexity of international supply chains and know how to translate that into clear direction for your team. You make decisions with confidence, lead with empathy, and know when to challenge and when to connect.

You bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP.
  • Leadership experience within an international supply chain context.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools such as Blue Yonder.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals or medical devices).
  • Fluent English; an additional European language (such as Polish) is a plus.
