We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies.
We currently deal with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service on their sites.
We have built strong relationships with not only our clients but also our suppliers and we work diligently at maintaining those relationships through communication.
We are currently recruiting a Site Lead/ Buyer on our client site in Leiden, The Netherlands. 
This role will report to the Area Manger.
The function of the role is to support the client in all aspects of the stores and procurement. The role requires excellent stores knowledge and procurement skills.
Role/Responsibilities

Complying with Health & SafetyLiaising with Engineers and other Client staffAttend weekly KPI meetings and update client reports as required.Monthly, Quarterly and End of Year ReviewsUpdate and maintainWeekly DashboardMonthly report PackQuarterly ScorecardEnd of Year reportManaging and supporting the inventory / warehouse team and ensuring all their duties are carried out and reports required are updated. Sourcing supplies for our clients and providing quotes.Acquiring purchase orders from our clients to support the quote.Creating sales ordersMatching client purchase orders to sales orders and despatching invoicesOrdering from our suppliers and providing purchase order numbersMonitoring all open orders for clients and following up on items delayedInforming our clients of any delays or issues with daily, weekly & monthly reportingAdherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information.Liaising with the clients maintenance planners to advise of delays and move planned work orders when possibleOther ad hoc duties as required.
Candidate ProfileFluency in Dutch and English is essentialStrong procurement background with excellent administrative skillsPrevious Food & Beverage and or Pharma & GMP experience an advantage.Proficiency using ERP systems ie SAP Maximo, Ariba is an advantageStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure.Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone mannerFlexible approach to all areas of the roleProficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI essentialExcellent people skills with a focus on building and strengthening the client relationshipA strong focus on continuous improvement and attention to detailStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysisHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.#1049474
