Who are you?
Are you handy, do you have a feel for technology and do you like to fix things? Are you naturally curious and willing to learn new things? Do you enjoy helping people and getting out and about? Then you might be the Service Mechanic our client is looking for for sun protection and outdour living products.
Job description
Your job involves performing service work on sun protection products, such as outdoor blinds, roller shutters, (zip) screens and outdoor living products, directly on site at our customers' premises in the Netherlands. This includes the following activities:
- Performing repair work
- Detecting and rectifying faults
- Performing periodic maintenance incl. processing reports
- Instructing customers on how to use the products
- Responsible for your own service van, tool and material stocks
- You are visiting customers who need service with the company's work van
What are you taking with you?
You have two right hands and a passion for engineering
- Experience as a service engineer is a plus
- You are correct in your dealings, customer-friendly and flexible
- You are a go-getter and you work accurately
- You are fluent in Dutch, German and/or English is an advantage
- Driving licence B
- VCA-Basis is an advantage
