Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (hardware, software,
and network connectivity).

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support within defined SLAs.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS), business applications, and
user accounts.

Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security tools.

Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to resolve complex technical
issues.

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and workarounds in the IT Service
Management (ITSM) system.

Contribute to IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.

Provide on-site and remote support to users, including occasional travel between locations if
required.

Gevraagd

C1 Level Dutch
3+ years of experience in IT support or Desktop Support (Level 2).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues
effectively.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
