Description

• Technical Project Coordinator: Implementing value engineering projects on-site.
• Trials & Validations: Organizing and executing packaging trials according to briefing and deadlines (OTIF).
• Packaging Project Leader: Leading the packaging component of New Product Launches (NPL) and other marketing projects.
• Factory Issues Support: Troubleshooting packaging problems and complaints, including root cause analyses and improvement plans.
• Sustainability Dossier: Gathering packaging information to comply with local and regional sustainability guidelines and regulations at the request of customers.

Profile

You have a healthy sense of humor and enjoy working with people. You have an affinity for packaging, logistics, and the supply chain and work accurately-we probably don't need to tell you (but we'll do it anyway, just in case!).

• You are available immediately or at short notice for 32-36 hours.
• You have relevant work experience and preferably an MBO (intermediate vocational education) diploma in engineering, packaging, or a similar position.
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging development, project management, or packaging/machine interaction.
• Knowledge of EU packaging legislation is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and enjoy collaborating with diverse disciplines.

Waar je gaat werken

As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and supplying packaging materials for new product launches, sourcing, and cost reduction projects. You will ensure that everything complies with technical requirements, laws and regulations, and the expectations of our consumers.
You will work closely with various disciplines within supply chain, marketing, production, and Group Packaging, both locally (Benelux) and internationally. No two days are the same!

This is an international organization based in Breda, specializing in the FMCG (FOOD) industry.

We are looking for a Packaging Specialist for this organization on a short notice. This is a 32-36 hour per week position for a minimum of 6 months. The position is available to cover maternity leave starting in December. We are therefore looking for someone to start in mid-November.
