• Salary € 3500 - € 4000,- based on experience

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector.

• Excellent in writing, interpersonal communications and organization skills;
• Detail oriented and good time management;
• Multi-tasking with effective decision making;
• Independent person and also a strong team player;
• Proficient with MS office.

This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• High School degree, college degree preferred with minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection and possess basic mechanical knowledge
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English and to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
• Flexible and results-driven approach to working hours
• Able to perform well under pressure
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly an Lean management is plus
