The (Senior) Project Buyer oversees the entire supply chain of yacht-building projects!

As the project buyer, you are part of a multidisciplinary project team that realizes yachts. In co-makership with the partners, you see and realize synergies.

The responsibilities of the project buyer,

Overseeing the entire supply chain process;
Managing the assigned part of procurement packages;
Monitoring the progress of suppliers for timely and accurate execution of the order;
Solving operational and contractual issues with suppliers;
Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements;
Ensuring and executing contract management of the suppliers;
Supporting management and colleagues;
Building and maintaining a working relationship with third parties;

The project buyer brings,

A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
Relevant working experience in the maritime industry and/or in yacht building;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Navision;
Aro-active, analytical, persuasive, and problem-solving work approach;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
The eligibility to work in the Netherlands;
