As a recruiter at Weflex you will connect hardworking professionals with the right opportunities while helping companies find reliable and skilled employees. We believe in quality over quantity, focusing on meaningful connections rather than quick placements.

Within our company, you will perform the following tasks:

• Actively search for talent and seize every opportunity to find the best candidates;
• Maintain close contact with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible advice;
• Publish job postings on various platforms and use every possibility to attract talent.

Weflex helps immigrants from across Europe who want to work and live in the Netherlands by providing both employment and housing. Our team doesn’t just assist with repairs when something break, we also focus on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, turning a house into a true home. Whenever challenges arise, we are there to support them.

Currently, our team consists of five recruiters (all of non-Dutch origin) and one accountmanager. While English is our primary language, we also speak Dutch, Polish, and Romanian. Not only are we young and ambitious, but we also believe in growing together and maintaining an open and supportive work culture. With a shared drive to succeed, we push each other to reach new heights while always keeping a sense of unity at the heart of what we do.

• Experience in recruitment;
• Fluent in English;
• Speaking Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, or Lithuanian is an advantage;
• You have experience with recruitment;
• A contagious enthusiasm that inspires our clients;
• Flexibility is important; Hybrid work is possible, but we encourage you to be in the office regularly as well.

• An attractive salary between €2600 and €3200, depending on your work experience and qualities;
• A one-year contract for 32 to 40 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent position, depending on your performance and commitment;
• 25 vacation days and the option to purchase additional days;
• 8% holiday allowance, paid out in May;
