As a Packaging Operator in Moordrecht, you make sure our delicious stroopwafels are perfectly packed and ready for customers across Europe.You’ll be working at one of Europe’s leading producers of cookies, waffles, and cakes. Our bakery is modern, clean, and filled with motivated colleagues. Here, teamwork, safety, and product quality always come first.

Functieomschrijving:
What will you do as a Packaging Operator?As a Packaging Operator, you make sure our automated packaging lines run efficiently and without interruption. You set up and fine-tune machines, check product quality, and quickly solve small technical issues to keep production on track.Your main responsibilities include:

Setting up, adjusting, and switching packaging machines;
Inspecting packaging materials and machine settings;
Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues;
Performing visual and functional quality checks;
Cleaning and doing light preventive maintenance;
Recording production data accurately in the system;
Following HACCP and safety guidelines carefully.

You will work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring our stroopwafels reach customers fresh every day.

What do we expect from you?We’re looking for someone who is reliable, precise, and enjoys working in a team.You have:

Experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar production role;
Technical insight and a hands-on attitude;
A good command of Dutch or English;
Flexibility to work in 3 shifts;
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
