Your new role
We are looking for an experienced QA Program Manager profile, to lead and to execute the company’s quality improvement program on a temporary basis. The QA program Manager is an operational role and requires excellent knowledge of the GMP regulations and quality processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The quality improvement program considers:

The coordination and the follow-up of audits and inspection observations,
Optimisation of quality processes and procedures
Developing and providing training for quality processes (e.g. deviations, CAPA, root cause investigation, OOS, change control),
KPI management.
The QA Program Manager will be working in the Quality Site Team and will be reporting to the Quality Site Lead.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or related10+ years of leadership experience15+ years of QA / GMP experienceExcellent communication skillsGood English writing and verbal skills, preferably also knowledge of DutchOnsite working
