We are McCain Appetizers Europe — a growing player in the world of snacks such as mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and breaded mushrooms. And soon we will be adding cheese soufflés to our range! With us, you will work in a modern, clean production environment where you will experience the entire process from raw material to end product up close.
What are you going to do?
Your role as an All-round Line Operator
As an All-round Line Operator, you are at the heart of our production. You ensure that our delicious frozen products, such as cheese snacks, roll off the line perfectly. You work at different stations, set up equipment, check quality, and intervene immediately in case of deviations. Thanks to you, our products meet the highest standards.
What you will be doing:
-Setting up, operating, and converting modern production machines
-Preparing, weighing, and mixing raw materials according to recipes
-Performing quality checks and identifying deviations
-Accurately recording production data in SAP
-Independently resolving minor technical malfunctions
-Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and clean working environment
-Actively collaborating with your team and contributing to process improvements
You will receive the appropriate training for the new line. For this, we ask you to go to Wijk bij Duurstee for the appropriate training. You will be compensated for this. Number of training days per week to be agreed upon.

-HACCP certificate or comparable food safety training
-Good command of Dutch and/or English
-Accuracy and problem-solving skills
-Team player who can work independently and adapt quickly
-Experience with dough products? A plus!
-Willingness to work in 3 shifts. Monday through Friday
