Wat ga je doen?

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Germany and/or Italy. You’ll ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly from order intake to delivery. You'll work closely with the sales team, logistics, and transport partners. This is a full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract.

  • Process customer orders in SAP: from intake to invoicing
  • Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers informed
  • Handle questions and complaints via phone and email
  • Update customer data, pricing, and promotions in the system
  • Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve team efficiency
  • Play a key role in delivering excellent customer service

  • Gross monthly salary between €2700 and €3000 (based on full-time)
  • 8% holiday allowance

Waar ga je werken?

You’ll join a diverse and international Customer Service team of 12 people, representing various nationalities. The team is close-knit and collaborative, and the work atmosphere is informal and supportive. While the company’s headquarters are located in China, the EU headquarters are located here in Eindhoven. The company is expanding its territory so if you are in for a challenge and have a growth mindset, this company might suit you well!

Wat vragen wij?
  • Fluency in German or Italian (both is a plus)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Experience with MS Office; familiarity with SAP (SD & MM modules) is a plus
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
