Are you a hands-on technical person who likes to solve problems? Do you want to work in a team and help keep production running smoothly? Join our Production team in Leeuwarden and become an Operator Production for our Can Factory.

As an Operator Production, you will work in a team to keep different production lines running well. In our factory, we make cans from rolls of steel for EVAP products. You can work on different lines like painting, welding, or pressing. When problems happen, you will help find and fix them.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust production lines for new products;
• Check quality of cans and production;
• Fix small mechanical problems and replace worn parts;
• Help keep the factory clean and safe;
• Record production data correctly in the system;
• Support technical teams with maintenance;
• Join improvement projects to make production better.

Additional information:

• 5-shift work schedule: your working week consists of 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts and then you enjoy 4 days off;
• Start date is flexible;
• Contract for at least 9 months, with chance of extension in case of good performance.

• Salary of €2900 - €3300 per month or more (it depends on years of experience);

• MBO level 3 or 4 technical education (mechanics, metal, automotive preferred);
• Interest in technology and practical work (you like to fix and improve things);
• Dutch language, English is nice to have;
• Safety first mentality;
• Positive attitude and problem solver;
• Experience in metal or production work is a plus;
• Team player who can also work independently.
