Are you passionate about solving technical problems, helping others and looking to grow your career in IT support?
We’re hiring an IT Tech Support Associate to provide hands-on support to employees and contractors, helping resolve everyday technical issues in a dynamic, international environment.
What are you going to do?- Provide daily support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and meeting room technologies;
- Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software issues;
- Support Windows desktop environments and Office 365 applications;
- Deliver remote and onsite assistance for production and development systems;
- Maintain and support configured services across various platforms;
- Communicate effectively with internal users and ensure a client-oriented approach.
- A salary between 3300 - 3600 gross per month;
- 25 vacation days + 8.33% vacation allowance;
