Van Geloven is the snack factory of the Netherlands and is part of the international McCain family. In Tilburg, we proudly produce well-known snacks such as croquettes, bitterballen, spring rolls and satay - for supermarkets, snack bars and restaurants.

What are you going to do?

As a production worker, you are an indispensable link in the process. During your shift, you are responsible for your tasks.

These may include:

Preparing raw materials such as ragout and satay.
Performing quality checks.
Packing snacks and preparing them for shipment.

You and your colleagues ensure that production runs smoothly. You pay close attention to safety for yourself, your colleagues, and the food being produced.

What do we offer?

An attractive gross hourly wage of €15.35
Bonuses during your work if you are still working after 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
3% end-of-year bonus

Where will you work?

At Van Geloven in Tilburg, you will work in an energetic production environment where you can literally see what you are making every day. From spring rolls to bitterballen – this is snack love at its best! And although we are part of a large international group, the team still feels like a close-knit family.

We work in a flexible shift system. You choose what suits you best:

Morning shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) – Start your day early and have the afternoon off.
Afternoon shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) – Perfect if you prefer to start a little later.
Night shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) – Benefit from extra allowances and rest during the day.

What do we ask?

Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Your colleagues will give you thorough training. What we do like to see:

You are at least 18 years old.
You speak Dutch or English.
You are flexible.
You are willing to work shifts.
You work well in a team.
