We are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join our client, which is a global FMCG Food companygrowing rapidly in Europe! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take the initiative for your work? Then, this could be for you!

In this role, you will support financial operations across AR/AP, inventory management, and reporting. You’ll handle daily finance administration, support warehouse-related accounting activities, and assist with month-end closing and process improvements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage AR and AP, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely processing
  • Support warehouse finance tasks: goods receipt reconciliation, stock postings, and cost allocations
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing
  • Maintain financial documentation for audits and controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues
  • Contribute to finance projects and process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in FMCG, trading, or logistics
  • Strong Excel and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Being able to come to the office 5 days onsite - This is a scale-up company, and it's important to work closely in the office
  • Hands-on, accurate, and collaborative
