Are you practical, technically skilled, and motivated by working in unique and dynamic environments? Then this role might be just right for you!

As part of a dedicated team, you’ll be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of machinery and installations at various locations — from factories and ports to high-tech facilities and logistics companies throughout the Netherlands, and occasionally abroad.

What do you bring to the table?

• A strong interest in technical work and an eye for precision, even in the small things
• The ability to work on your own, but also contribute effectively within a team
• A flexible mindset, a hands-on approach to solving problems, and willingness to work an occasional Saturday
• Solid communication skills in either English or Dutch
• A valid driving license
• Got a VCA certificate? Great! If not, we’ll cover the training and certification for you

What will your role involve?

As an Industrial Cleaning & Maintenance Technician, your main tasks will include:

• Cleaning equipment, pipelines, production systems, and machinery using high-pressure tools
• Performing routine maintenance and lubricating components at various client locations
• Testing coolant fluids and ensuring proper bacteria control in lubrication systems
• Following strict procedures and safety standards — always working with accuracy and attention to detail

No two days are the same. As you gain more knowledge and hands-on experience, you’ll take on more responsibility and independence in your work.
