What we expect from you:
- A good technical understanding and a strong interest in production work
- Willingness to work in a rotating three-shift schedule (Monday to Friday: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00)
- Access to your own transportation (the site is not easily accessible by public transit)
- Fluency in Dutch, English, or German

As an operator, you are in charge of running and supervising CNC-controlled machines. You play a key role in maintaining an efficient production flow and help manufacture top-quality components. With your keen eye for detail and precise approach, you consistently deliver excellent results.
Your tasks include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machinery
- Loading and machining aluminum parts
- Conducting quality inspections using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers
- Finishing components through grinding, sanding, and cleaning to achieve flawless results
- Assembling and packing finished products ready for shipment to clients
- In your first two weeks, you’ll receive comprehensive training from a skilled colleague to make sure you feel confident and well-equipped for your new position
