As a Senior Assortment Planner, you are the strategic linchpin ensuring that the right Nike collections arrive in the right quantities, in the right stores and channels. You will combine in-depth data analysis with market knowledge to forecast consumer demand and develop seasonal assortment plans that directly contribute to Nike's growth and profitability.

• €32,- till € 52,- gross an hour

You will bring:

• You have extensive experience in assortment planning, combined with a strong understanding of financial and inventory planning, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.
• You are highly analytical, a critical thinker, and can translate data into clear, strategic insights.

• You possess strong communication and influencing skills and can present complex information convincingly.

As a Senior Assortment Planner, you are the strategic linchpin ensuring that the right Nike collections arrive in the right quantities, in the right stores and channels. You will combine in-depth data analysis with market knowledge to forecast consumer demand and develop seasonal assortment plans that directly contribute to Nike's growth and profitability.

In this senior role, you are not only responsible for your own planning but also act as an expert and mentor to colleagues. You will work independently on complex issues and influence key decisions within the organization.

• Develop strategic seasonal plans: You will create detailed plans for revenue, margin, and inventory for both Nike's own stores and Nike's retail partners.
• Monitor and optimize: You will analyze weekly sales and inventory figures against the plan, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively develop action plans.
• End-to-end inventory management: You are responsible for inventory health across all channels, from procurement to sales.
• Influence and collaborate: You will convincingly communicate and present your assortment plans to internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize strategy and sales.
• Lead projects: You will independently manage projects to continuously improve Nike's processes and results.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
