Are you a hands-on worker looking for a job in logistics? Do you live near Rotterdam Hoogvliet and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? Then we’re looking for you!

Functie

As a logistics employee, you play a key role in supplying ships docked at the harbor. You’ll be responsible for receiving, checking, and placing goods in the right location according to set procedures. You’ll also handle some administrative tasks and perform temperature checks on incoming and outgoing refrigerated and frozen goods.

Accuracy is essential, once a ship leaves port, there’s no turning back. You’ll work in a supportive team that values cooperation and reliability. There are also opportunities to grow within the company as you gain experience.

The company is currently relocating to Rotterdam Hoogvliet, with the move expected to be completed around December/January. Until then, you’ll be working at the Barendrecht location.

Working Hours

You’ll mainly work during weekdays, but flexibility is important. Every 4–5 weeks, you’ll be scheduled for a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

You are accurate, hardworking, and reliable
You speak English and/or Dutch
Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
You can work independently, but also thrive in a team
You are flexibly available, including some weekends

A salary based on age and experience (starters without experience begin around €2,650 gross per month)
Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer
