About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Line Cook for a stylish, high-quality restaurant near Amstel Station in Amsterdam. This is a dynamic, team-oriented kitchen known for its lively atmosphere.
You will join a strong team, typically with three chefs per section (hot/cold) per shift.

Your Role
You will start in the cold section and serve as a crucial part of the team. Your main duties include:

Preparing high-quality dishes and executing precise mise en place.
Independently running your station while maintaining high HACCP standards.
Willingness to work at the client's other 4 restaurants in Amsterdam to guarantee your contract hours.

Growth Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to move into the hot section with a corresponding salary increase.

What We Expect

Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
Flexibility to work up to 32 hours per week (maximum 4 days).
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
Proficiency in English or Dutch.
Shifts include: 08:00–17:00, 11:00–22:00, 12:00–22:00, and 15:00–00:00.

What We Offer

The starting salary is €2,854 per month, which includes holiday allowance (excluding paid vacation days), based on a 38-hour week. We are open to negotiating this amount based on your professional experience.
