As a production worker at this company, you'll learn how to coat glass, cut sheets and rubber, assemble them, and prepare them for shipping. There's a clear beginning and end to the production process. Which part of the process you'll work in depends on your interests. Sometimes, not every department is in demand. Safety is a top priority. Because you'll be working with glass, there's an increased risk of danger. Naturally, you'll use protective equipment and never work alone. You'll work a three-shift system, with the same shift for a week. Weekends are closed, except for the night shift starting at 9:30 PM on Sunday. It's important to you that your employer doesn't see you as a number, that you're eager to learn and develop, and that you can have a good laugh with your colleagues and help each other out when needed. To ensure you learn the trade properly, you'll be paired with an experienced colleague. Over the next few months, you'll receive training in all aspects so you, like your colleagues, can be deployed effectively. This way, you work together to ensure the process runs smoothly, as you can support each other. Naturally, we'll consider your needs, your favorite interests, and your strengths. After all, what's more fun than doing exactly what you're good at?
