Description

In this position, you will work in a large team on various General Ledger activities. Support in daily activities such as the calculation of rates, journal postings, accrual building, concession fees, and asset management are part of the job. In addition, you will prepare and support the month-end close and the balance sheet reconciliation. To finalize the monthly results, you will liaise with the Controlling team and the local country controller. Another responsibility of this position is the declaration of VAT for the local operation.

Profile

• You have a completed degree in Accounting or Finance
• You have a few years of working experience in a similar role
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• You are located in the Eindhoven area or willing to relocate (no relocation support or work visa sponsorship provided)
• You are available full-time (40 hours per week)
• You are a team player, structured, and result-driven

Job Offer

• Hybrid model: Work from the office 3 times a week and from home 2 times a week
• Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on one day and have a shorter workday the next
• Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen operating between 9 am and 2 pm
• Month-end meetings/gatherings: Different themes; the event coordination team organizes events. Teams also frequently organize their own activities (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
