Are you technically skilled and do you enjoy tinkering with cars, motorbikes or machines in your spare time? Are you interested in technology and would you like to work on assembling and electrifying advanced machines? Then this is your chance to turn your hobby into your profession!

As an assembly worker, you will help build high-quality machines. Your tasks will be varied and technically challenging:

-Building machines according to work instructions (AIMs): You will work according to clear paper and digital instructions to build complete machines.

-Aligning components: You will precisely adjust components such as shafts and bearings using measuring tools such as a calliper. In doing so, you will ensure that parts are perfectly parallel.

-Assembling hydraulic installations: You will connect main components such as cylinders and pumps to form a properly functioning hydraulic system.

-Reading technical diagrams: During the development phase and in the event of malfunctions, you consult electrical and hydraulic diagrams to find a solution.

-Quality control: You sign off on the production checklist and carry out tests to check that the machine is functioning correctly. You do this on the basis of fixed test documents.

-Applying stickers and decals: You apply company logos and safety stickers to the machines, neatly and in the right place.

-Visual inspection of parts: You check parts for appearance, such as the correctness and finish of the paint layer.

-Working according to the 5S principle: You contribute to an organised and safe workplace by, among other things, marking floors and keeping your workstation neat and tidy.

-Salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month at start (depending on experience)

-An annual periodic salary increase in accordance with the collective labour agreement

-13 ADV days on top of your regular holiday entitlement

-End-of-year bonus of one month's salary (depending on company results)

-Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 120 km per day return)

-Prospect of permanent employment after the first year

-Opportunity to obtain additional certificates through Adecco

You will be working for an international American company with approximately 130 employees in the Netherlands. The culture is informal, collegial and close-knit – you will truly be seen as a person here. Think of annual outings such as a joint Christmas dinner or Sinterklaas celebration. The company employs people from all kinds of backgrounds, from Zeeland and Brabant to international colleagues. Your place of work will be the 's-heer Arendskerke location.

-You have a strong technical interest and are handy with tools.

-Experience or hobby in tinkering with cars, motorcycles or machines, for example.

-You speak English well (Dutch is not required).

-You feel at home in a smaller organisation where you are not just a number.

-Certificates are not required; an overhead crane certificate is a plus. (can be obtained through Adecco after starting)
