Job description: Are you the KAM coordinator looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator who attaches great importance to safety and quality. You work independently at our office in Veldhoven for half of the week. The other half you are part of the construction teams at our projects in the Eindhoven region. You are asked: -You contribute to setting up, managing and improving the KAM policy. You take trends and developments into account. -You are responsible for setting up, implementing and coordinating the (improvement) actions that arise from the KAM care system. -You create support and ensure the transfer of knowledge about the policy to your colleagues. You provide advice and information and inform new employees. -You are responsible for the coordination, initiation, guidance and advice of the organization in the field of safety, health and welfare, in accordance with legal provisions and the policy plan. -You participate in setting up and implementing an RI&E. -You collect, register, analyze and report KAM data (including deviations) and take into account the applicable KAM care systems (ISO9001, ISO 14001, Keurhout and VCA**). -You plan and supervise internal and external audits, and analyze and reports the results to management. -You keep up with developments in your field and promote these developments within the organization. -You will be responsible for the Quality Assurance Act (WKB). -You are also responsible for company emergency plans and emergency plans for projects. -You are the central reporting point for accidents, near-accidents and unsafe situations. If necessary, you investigate the causes of accidents and advise management on appropriate measures. -You assess HSE plans for the individual projects. -You carry out periodic workplace inspections of construction sites.
